How Our Network Works

Talk to a local plumber

Who You Talk To

When you call or send a request, you reach the Tipdart Plumbing referral line. You will be asked a few short questions about the problem, your town and your home. No sales pitch. The aim is to connect you with an independent provider who fits the job.

What Happens on the Call

You describe what you have noticed, like a gurgling toilet or a damp spot on the ceiling. Your request goes to a provider who serves your area. The provider contacts you to ask more questions and set a time. Many will give a rough idea of cost over the phone, with a firm price after they see the problem.

Questions to Ask About Price

  • What is the charge to come out and look?
  • Is that charge credited toward the repair?
  • Will you give me a written quote with labor and parts listed?
  • Are permit fees included?
  • What could make the price go up once you start?
  • Do you warranty the work, and for how long?

You Stay in Control

You choose whether to hire. You can get a second quote, ask for time to think or handle a small fix yourself. Tipdart Plumbing does not take a side in your agreement with the provider.
